Keeping premature ejaculation at bay is not a matter of chance. You need experience, skill and above all, confidence. That said, with the right techniques and approaches, any guy can learn to stop PE and enjoy long lasting sex. It will not happen overnight, but it is definitely something worth working for. After all, sex is a staple of life and being able to enjoy sex is something that every couple should be looking forward to. Want to learn the best solutions for premature ejaculation, last longer and have more fun in the sack? You sure do! Let us read on.
First off, let’s take a look at what premature ejaculation really is…
The definition of premature ejaculation is really subjective. It basically means that your time to ejaculation does not bring sufficient pleasure to you or your partner. You see, guys, unlike women, are unable to continue with sex soon after ejaculation. So once you climax, that is the end of the lovemaking – well, at least that is what most guys think (we will come to that point later on).
PE holds different meaning for different couple and it only becomes a source of stress and discontentment if one or both parties are dissatisfied with how soon the man climaxes. BUT if you are able to help your woman achieve an orgasm before you ejaculate (even if it is just 2 minutes) and she is totally fulfilled, technically you don’t have a case of premature ejaculation.
Best solutions to last longer in the sack
So what can you do to achieve greater stamina in bed? Some men who stopped using condoms find themselves prone to ejaculating quicker than before. This is normal, simply because your penis is receiving greater stimulation without the extra protection. If this is your case, the best approach is to be patient and engage in sex slowly. Train your body to recognize when you are close to the edge and stop the penetration to allow your arousal levels to subside.
Sex positions are also important in helping you last longer. There are some positions (like missionary) that present greater friction – and hence more intense stimulation on your penis. Find one or two positions that will give you less stimulation. The woman-on-top and front-to-back positions are a good start.
What do you do if you ejaculate early?
Having premature ejaculation does not mean you have to end the lovemaking prematurely. Continue to give your partner stimulation and pleasure using your hands, mouth and tongue! Most women respect guys who are bold enough to face up to their sexual inadequacies and continue to fulfill their women sexually with other means. And the beauty of this is that you can go for a second round once you can resume an erection. And believe me, you will last much longer the second time!

Wish you could extend sex and last like a stallion in bed? Truth is, you are not alone! Between 20 to 40 percent of men struggle with premature ejaculation and are unable to last long enough to bring sexual fulfillment to their partners. Prolonged PE can cause considerable strain even in the most stable relationships. It can hurt your self confidence and ultimately your self esteem. But here’s the thing: most men do not know that they can actually prevent or even completely cure premature ejaculation. So how can you last longer and feel like a new man again? Read on for 3 quick tips that will have your lover pleasantly surprised by your newfound sexual endurance!
#1 – Give yourself some “self-love”, but in the right way!
Masturbation is a way of life for many men. But the manner in which most men masturbate is a surefire way to ejaculate prematurely during sex. What do I mean? You see, guys are conditioned to self stimulate and ejaculate in the quickest time possible, probably due to the fear of being found out. This is totally understandable and a very natural response. But quick ejaculation during masturbation often carries over to sex. So to reverse this trend, take your time during self stimulation. Condition your mind and body to last one, five and then ten minutes during masturbation.
#2 – Ample lubrication works wonders!
This is a “secret” trick that most guys are not aware of. Using extra lubrication produces less friction and hence less stimulation on your penis during sex. This will almost immediately help you last longer. The downside is that you probably will not feel as much pleasure during intercourse. But as a quick “cure”, this works like a charm for many men.
#3 – Stress reduction for superior control
Stress and anxiety are often the number one reason why most men ejaculate too soon during lovemaking. When you are anxious about how you would perform during sex, your mind and body subconsciously go into defensive mode, and to release the pent-up tension, your body automatically ejaculates fast. So how do you beat stress and performance anxiety? Two things you can do here: Focus on your breathing patterns (take in long, deep breaths before and during sex). Exercise and the right diet/nutrition will go a long way to help reduce your overall stress levels. This will over time give you greater endurance in bed.

Is it possible for men to stop premature ejaculation and last for hours during sex? Indeed it is. But many men would give anything to last even 10 minutes in bed. When it comes to your sexual performance, nothing can dampen the pleasures of sex more than premature ejaculation. The unfortunate truth is that many men ejaculate too soon during sex – some even as quickly as intercourse commences. If this sounds like you, then you would want to keep reading this article. Just bear in mind that early ejaculation is nothing to be ashamed of. By learning and adopting the right mindset and techniques, you can begin to last longer and enjoy tantalizing sex, as soon as tonight.
First off, here’s why you are “too quick on the draw”
PE often strikes men who are young and inexperienced in sex (in their 20s) or guys who have not had sex for a long time. Well, if you are in the 20s bracket, you tend to have a higher sex drive and that in itself is a reason for quick ejaculation, and even more so if you cannot handle intense stimulation well. For many young couples, the female partner often unintentionally places undue pressure on the guy. As a result, performance anxiety rears it ugly head and mars the sexual experience with rapid ejaculation.
So what techniques can you use to prevent yourself from premature ejaculation?
Here are some suggestions. These have worked well for many guys, and there is no reason why you will not achieve similar results. First, try to masturbate an hour or two before you are due to have sex. This “early disposal” will make your body less responsive during sex and you can handle more stimulation without blowing early. Second, during the actual lovemaking, go SLOW. Keep a steady pace and keep the tempo unhurried. When you sense you are getting close to a climax, slow down or stop thrusting altogether until your arousal level tapers off.
Some men prefer to use distraction techniques, like thinking of something else during sex in an attempt to last longer. Personally I don’t recommend this as it takes the pleasure away from sex. You should be enjoying sex instead of letting your mind stray away from it!
Here’s a useful trick you can use instead. When you feel close to climaxing, use your thumb and index finger to firmly squeeze your penis just below the gland/head. This will not hurt, but will stop you from ejaculating.

Let’s face it. Many men would wish to have amazing sexual stamina and give their lovers a great time on bed. But sex often becomes less than satisfying when premature ejaculation pays an unwelcome visit. So how do you fix premature ejaculation and last longer? It all depends on the underlying factors that cause you to climax too soon. The causes of PE are varied, and can be due to genetic factors, stress and performance anxiety or even previous sexual experiences. But in general, the following remedies are helpful for guys who finish too quickly in bed. Let us take a quick look…
#1 – The crucial first step
This is important. You must know at which level you become aroused during lovemaking. You see, there are actually 4 stages of a man’s sexual response cycle, ranging from the start of erection, where you are still in total control to the point of ejaculation – where you are overcome by intense stimulation and lose control over your ejaculatory reflex. The latter is also known as the “point of no return”. The key is to identify how it feels at this final stage so that you can take appropriate action to reduce the arousal before it gets too intense.
#2 – “Breath is King”
When the action gets too hot and steamy, you will discover your breathing becomes rapid. Taking quick, short breaths is a surefire way to come to a climax very fast. The key is to take in deep, controlled breaths that stems from your belly. By paying attention to your breathing patterns, you will take focus away from the intense sensations and stimulation you are experiencing and this will help you stay in control longer.
#3 – Contract to control
There is a set of muscles in your pelvic floor that controls the release of seminal fluid. This are called the PC muscles and are located near the scrotum and anus. To locate this muscle, you just need to stem your flow of urine midway. You will feel a muscle contracting or being “squeezed”. This is the PC muscle. Try contracting this set of muscles for 3 to 5 seconds and then release. Repeat this for about 3 minutes a day. This will significantly boost your staying power within 2 weeks.
#4 – Perineum control
If you need a quick method to stop ejaculation, all you need is to apply firm pressure to the perineum – an area between the scrotum and anus. This will stop the prostate gland from pushing the semen out during ejaculation. You can perform this on your own or ask your female partner to apply the pressure at this specific spot. Sneaky, but works like magic!

Not lasting longer sexually? Premature ejaculation can leave a man frustrated and embarrassed. Not only that, a lack of sexual stamina (and confidence) often makes sex uncomfortable and unfulfilling for both you and your woman. But you need not let premature ejaculation get you down. Read this now and learn a few simple, powerful techniques you can use tonight to supercharge your sexual endurance and end the nuisance of finishing too soon in bed!
Technique #1 – Foreplay Is Your Friend!
Many men just don’t get this. The quickest and surest way to rapid ejaculation is to plow away once sex gets started. Instead of heading into penetration right away, take your time to explore and caress her body. Women are wired in a different way from us guys. They have seemingly endless erogenous zones on their bodies. By probing these areas and learning which ones she is most sensitive to, you not only portray yourself as a skilled lover, you are building up an intense anticipation in her and priming her for an orgasm later. And of course, you are preserving your energy and stamina for the actual deed later.
Technique #2 – Go Down South!
When you are having intercourse and suddenly feel you are coming to a climax sooner than expected, pull out and continue to give her stimulation using your hands or mouth – or both! Oral sex works wonders on the vast majority of women. In fact, extensive studies have shown that many women can achieve a tingling orgasm when their men perform oral sex on them. So put this new knowledge to good use! Learn a few good cunnilingus techniques and blow her mind without you blowing early!
Technique #3 – Your Thoughts Matter!
Well, this may sound like a joke, but some guys swear by this trick. When you sense your arousal is peaking, switch your thoughts to something unsexy. Think of something or someone that turns you off. It can be that ugly co-worker with that bad breath sitting in the next cubicle. Or imagine yourself making out with a big, fat ugly guy. Well, that might just do the trick:-)
Technique #4 – Persistence Is Under-Rated!
If all else fails, try again! There is nothing like persistence and a dogged determination that make success tastes sweeter! Thomas Edison invented the light bulb only after experimenting with thousands of different filaments. While you don’t have to go to that extent to last longer in bed, it will certainly pay great dividends by understanding and exploring your own sexual limits and practicing until you gain the confidence to enjoy long lasting sex.

Many men continue to suffer in silence. When it comes to premature ejaculation, it can be an embarrassing issue to face up to. The truth of the matter is that as many as one in three men are believed to be suffering from a lack of sexual stamina. And while many guys do not openly talk about this embarrassing sexual condition, it is actually extremely common and treatable.
But how soon is “too soon”?
There have been many studies to determine the average time for a man to ejaculate during sex. While estimates vary, the “average man” is believed to take anywhere from 7 to 14 minutes. Guys who suffer from premature ejaculation generally last between 2 to 4 minutes.
Severe case of PE occurs if:
1. You always ejaculate within one minute of vaginal penetration
2. You are unable to delay ejaculation in almost all vaginal penetrations
3. You are feeling increasingly distressed or frustrated over your inability to last long enough
Should you bother about premature ejaculation?
Although PE can affect most guys once in a while, when it happens too frequently or all the time, it can become a cause of concern or even a strain in a sexual relationship. Many couples end up NOT enjoying sex at all just because the guy climaxes too soon during sex. And some men have the unfortunate distinction of ejaculating as soon as intercourse starts. Yet fear and humiliation have led to many men refusing to seek medical attention. But you should seek help if you ejaculate before both you and your partner are satisfied and if this is causing both of you distress.
A viscous cycle of male sexual incompetence
You see, most women prefer to remain passive during lovemaking and this places the responsibility on men to “perform”. This inevitably causes performance anxiety that further impairs his performance and response. Over time, if left untreated and un-communicated between a couple, this may instill a sense of sexual incompetency and frustration.
But not all is lost!
Communication is key in any relationship. Having an open communication about the situation is a critical first step in helping you last longer in bed. Premature ejaculation often stems from stress and performance anxiety, and with a patient and understanding female partner, a lot of pressure will be taken off your shoulders. This can only help your sexual performance in the long run. If you need help, premature ejaculation products such as creams, sprays and ointments can temporarily help extend your lovemaking sessions, while natural techniques are best suited for permanently treating PE and adding crucial minutes to your sex.

Many men continue to search for the magic bullet to last longer in bed, and there is a mind-numbing array of premature ejaculation solutions on the market that claim to improve your sexual stamina. Among these are drugs that are developed to treat men suffering from early ejaculation. But do these drugs really work? Or are guys misplacing their faith in these ‘miracle cures’? Let us examine this closer. Later in this article you will also learn the best way to supercharge your ejaculatory control and enjoy longer lasting sex.
The truth about treating premature ejaculation with drugs
There is presently no known drug or supplements that has been approved by the FDA for general consumption. Indeed, there has been a lack of conclusive proof that one can completely cure rapid ejaculation through the use of drugs. While some notable companies have been developing antidepressant-based drugs for treating premature ejaculation, the results have not been forthcoming. These substances belong to the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRIs) family of drugs, and are known to cause adverse side effects.
The use of local anesthetics
Another common application of drugs is in the use of local anesthetics containing Benzocaine. These are commonly applied externally onto the penis in the form of PE sprays and creams and are readily available in retails stores. While these are effective to a certain extent, the downside is that these sprays have the tendency to reduce the sensation experienced during sex due to the numbing effects on the male anatomy. The timing of the application also comes into play. If you apply too early, your erection may be affected. If applied too late, it may not be sufficiently absorbed into your skin and can easily transfer to your female partner during sex and cause numbness in the vagina.
Your best option to last longer in bed
Many of the options such as those described above are short-term “cures” that will not permanently treat premature ejaculation. The long-term solution to lasting longer in bed is to adopt natural techniques and methods that will re-train and re-condition your ejaculatory reflexes. These include first understanding your sexual arousal cycle and adopting relaxation and breathing techniques to stay away from the “point of no return” during sex. The good news is that most men have this predisposed ability to last longer and enhance their sexual endurance through natural techniques, and not rely on artificial PE cures.

Do you find yourself falling short in bed and want to seek ways to improve your sexual stamina? Indeed, going by the column discussions in men’s magazines and the dizzying array of advertising on premature ejaculation solutions, it is clear that many men are not happy (or are even embarrassed) with their performance in bed.
Well, if you already recognize that your sexual stamina needs to be improved, you are already in a better league that the vast majority of guys who lament about their lack of staying power. Now let’s put into perspective of what you can do to help you last longer in bed, as soon as tonight
The old-world view of beating premature ejaculation
There are many guys who attempt to last longer in the sack using an old classic – mind distraction techniques. This involves momentarily taking your mind away from sex when you are close to a climax, such as recalling mundane projects at work, or counting numbers backwards from 1000. Other men try to limit the sensation they feel during sex by putting on extra condoms. The downside of such methods is obvious: they spoil the fun during sex. And it is embarrassing too. Imagine fumbling with wearing two or three condoms in front of your partner…
For some men, these techniques have their place in bed. But for others, nothing beats the NATURAL ability to last long enough to bring your lover to an orgasm FIRST. So how to you attain such lasting stamina in bed?
Man’s best weapon against early ejaculation
The way you breathe has a great impact on how long you are able to last without blowing early. Many guys try to control their breathing but are simply doing it the WRONG way. This is how you adopt the correct breathing technique:
#1. Focus your breathing patterns from the lower part of your belly. Instead of sucking in your belly like most guys do when they breathe in, push out your stomach as you inhale. Keep your shoulders level at all times. If your shoulders move up and down, you are adopting anxious breathing which significantly reduces your sexual arousal control. Do not make the mistake of taking quick, short breaths during sex. Maintain slow, deep and steady breaths. This gives you massive control.
#2. Most importantly, keep the pattern of your breathing natural. Don’t consciously force your breathing to be regular. Forced breathing actually increases your sexual anxiety and makes your body tensed – a sure way to ejaculate quickly.
With enough practice, you will be able to breathe deeply, naturally and without conscious effort. This will help you manage your sexual arousal much better and make sure you never orgasm before she does. Believe me, your woman will be in awe of your sexual prowess!

Premature ejaculation is a common problem that haunts many men in the bedroom. But do not blame yourself for not lasting long enough for your lover. The tendency to ejaculate quickly during sex is biologically ingrained in most men as a way to ensure efficient procreation of the human race. But if you want to boost your sexual stamina and want to last as long as your female partner during sex, this can be easily achieved even without medical or professional help. Keen to learn how? I bet you do! Keep reading…
Principle #1 – Tune into sex, NOT out of sex
You need to appreciate and experience full-body sensuality – not just intercourse. Sex is not only about your penis in her vagina. If this is your perception of sex, you are bound to remain a quick ejaculator. Make sex an entire head-to-toe experience. Relaxation holds the key here. Do not jump straight into intercourse at every opportunity. Instead, “tune into sex” by approaching it in a sexy manner, for example, by giving your partner a sensuous massage or taking a bath together. This helps to relieve overall tension in your body and reduces the chances of involuntary ejaculation during lovemaking. The best thing is that this will also lower her threshold for an orgasm and increases the odds that you will at least last as long her.
Principle #2 – Work with your point of “ejaculation inevitability”, NOT against it
A great way to achieve this is to masturbate with a dry hand first. Get yourself stimulated but do not push yourself over the edge yet. This will teach you how to stay highly aroused without ejaculating. Let the sensations subside and resume arousing yourself just to your point of no return (PONR), then backing off once more. Once you have attained decent control over your ejaculation, move on to masturbation using some lubrication. This will intense the intensity of sexual stimulation and will be closer to what it feels during actual intercourse. Follow the same routine and stimulate close to the PONR several times and then backing off. This “self love” technique will help you get in sync with your ejaculation inevitability and gives you superior ejaculatory control before long.
Don’t be too hard on yourself when things don’t go right at first. Developing ejaculatory control may not be the most natural thing initially. It does take time, patience and practice. But keep your spirits up and try to see the lighter side of things even when you ‘accidentally spill’ during sex.
Think about what awaits you when you finally achieve better ejaculatory control. You will become suddenly more interested in sex and enjoy more satisfying lovemaking sessions. And she too, will be looking forward to each tantalizing encounter in bed with you!

Sex is almost an absolute necessity in life and forms the basis of many enduring relationships. But many men simply fall short when it comes to lasting longer in bed. Premature ejaculation or PE is often the bane of guys who wish they have the endurance to keep going like the Duracell ads. The simple truth is that early or rapid ejaculation during sex can happen to any man. But before we can even get to the solutions to lasting longer, you first need to understand the prevalence of PE, its definitions and if you are truly suffering from it.
How prevalent is premature ejaculation?
The problem is more common than you would probably imagine. PE is without a doubt the most prevalent sexual health issue that confronts many men. At least 30 million American men are thought to have this condition. Anecdotal survey results have suggested that as many as half of the male population has the dubious distinction of finishing too fast in bed.
You are a ‘premature ejaculator’ if:
- You are not able to extend intercourse beyond 2 minutes.
- You are not able to sexually fulfill your partner more than half the time
- Your condition is negatively affecting you or your partner, or both
There are many schools of thought when it comes to defining PE, but the above are the common definitions. Using a time-based determination of PE has its flaws, thus many medical professionals prefer to use the last definition.
Real-world solutions to last longer during sex
There are many off-the-shelve solutions that claim to add minutes to your sex. You would probably have heard about (or even used) products such as desensitization creams and sprays. ‘Climax control’ condoms are also popular among guys who need that extra stamina in bed. More serious sufferers of this condition may be prescribed antidepressant-based drugs by their doctors. But honestly, many of these solutions have their downsides, including reduced sexual pleasure (sprays, creams, ointments etc) or difficulty in ejaculating (in the case of drugs).
Well, if given a choice, most guys would want to last longer in bed without sacrificing the full pleasures of sex. If this is you, then you should go for a solution that permanently reverses your tendency to ejaculate prematurely without affecting your sexual experience.
One proven technique is to adopt a natural training and conditioning regimen. Such a program includes targeted exercises such as breathing and relaxation techniques, as well as routines that strengthen specific pelvic muscles. These will bestow upon your body the natural ability to withstand hard stimulation to your manhood without the disappointing urge to ejaculate too soon.

Imagine this. You have a hot date you want to spend the night with, and you want to make sure you give her a great time in bed. But at the back of your mind, you wonder if you can even last 5 minutes when the real action begins. The last time you had sex, you probably blew it within a couple of quick minutes. Well, you don’t have to be a ‘quick shooter’ any more. With these 4 easy ways to stop premature ejaculation, you can finally hold your head up high and banish your embarrassment of finishing too soon during sex. Caution: be prepared to keep going and going all night long:-)
Trick #1 – Get in a practice round
You have probably seen the movie “There’s something About Mary”. In one memorable and funny scene, Ben Stiller was seen indulging in some self-love before his date. By releasing your pent-up tension, your body will not be so on-edge and less responsive, and you will be able to last much longer during intercourse. So get in a practice round an hour or two before you are due to meet your girl. She will be impressed by your extended staying power!
Trick #2 – Penis rings are a God-send
These nifty devices are popular among some men who want to supercharge their sexual stamina. Well, if you are not totally into one of these gadgets, why not try a ‘couples’ version that comes with a clitoris stimulator. This will give you the best of both worlds. On one hand, the penis ring will restrict blood flow and enhance your endurance. On the other hand, she will get added pleasure through the extra stimulation.
Trick #3 – The “Great South Barrier”
Putting on extra protection or condoms not only keeps sex safe (especially if you have multiple partners), it reduces the sensation on your penis head and adds minutes to your lovemaking. And if you are in the mood for it, there are novelty condoms for sale that will add extra sizzle to your sex life and enhances your sexual endurance at the same time.
Trick #4 – Self discovery for enhanced stamina
Learning and understanding your body’s limits of arousal are one of the keys to stopping premature ejaculation. If you can identify how it feels when you are near to the point-of-no-return, you can learn how to stay away from this point through subtle changes to your sex positions or by applying simple techniques like squeezing the base of your penis shaft before ejaculation becomes inevitable.

When it comes to men’s sexual health, one of the most frequently asked question is how a man can get rid of premature ejaculation. In fact, lasting longer in bed is by far the number one question that reputable men’s health magazines have been getting regularly. Premature ejaculation is one of the most common sexual conditions affecting nearly 40% of all men.
Now, while many sex therapists charge ridiculous fees to help you increase your sexual stamina, the simple truth is that you can easily learn how to achieve the same outcome from home. Read on for 2 powerful secrets that are proven to help you last much longer in the sack. Believe me, your lover will thank you for it!
Secret #1 – Keeping your stress levels at a minimum
One major contributing factor for early ejaculation during sex is stress. You see, when you are stressed up, your body will become tense during intercourse. This will naturally cause your body to seek ways to release that tension. And Mother Nature has its own funny way to reduce that stress through early ejaculation. So what are the best methods to keep your stress at a manageable level? For one, exercise is a surefire way to beat those stress bugs. And for good reason too. When you workout, you are opening an outlet for the release of stress. Thus when you engage in sex, you become less prone to climax unceremoniously. Other proven ways to keep your stress levels at a minimum include adopting proper breathing techniques which enable you to remain calm during lovemaking.
Secret #2 – Conditioning your body to withstand intense stimulation
One of the key triggers for premature ejaculation is our masturbation habits we picked up from young. You see, many men instinctively masturbate to the point of climax as quickly as possible. As a result, your body is “naturally” conditioned to ejaculate in lightning fast speed during sex as well.
But here lies the great thing about lasting longer. Just because this is a habitual ‘malfunction’, it also means your natural tendency to ejaculate quickly can be easily reversed through the proper masturbation techniques. Instead of rushing through the act, try to prolong the session for as long as possible by keeping your stimulation and levels of arousal in control. By knowing exactly when you normally come to an orgasm, you can progressively push the limits and extend the point where ejaculation becomes inevitable.
With some discipline and a willingness to make things happen, you can get rid of premature ejaculation and last as long you want during sex.

What are the best ways to cure premature ejaculation and improve your sexual stamina? If you are anything like many men who simply wish to enjoy longer sex, the last thing you want is to last mere seconds in between the sheets. Sex is super important for maintaining a healthy relationship between a couple. And for the man who ejaculates in lightning fast speed during sex, the embarrassment and humiliation can be overbearing if left untreated.
Is it really that important to last long enough for her?
Well, it will certainly help your sexual relationship, and not to mention your lover’s impression of you! You see, women are different from men as far as their sexual response cycles are concerned. Women require far more time during sex – anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes – to get sufficiently aroused for an orgasm to take place. And the simple truth is, if she is not reaching a climax during lovemaking, she simply is not having as much fun and excitement as she deserves. And honestly, a woman who is not totally satisfied in between the sheets will probably seek excitement elsewhere. Surely that is not what you want happening to you and your relationship, right?
If you need an added dose of sexual stamina, exercise is a great approach to extend your lovemaking session
There are plenty of premature ejaculation solutions on the market that promise to make you go longer and stronger in bed. Sprays, creams, ointments and even fanciful condoms have found their way into many men’s bedrooms to give them that added boost during sex. But using these solutions can be embarrassing – especially in front of your partner – not to mention that these products will not permanently cure your problem of not lasting long enough.
If you want to achieve a natural endurance in bed, exercise is an excellent approach. Exercises that help to strengthen and improve your pelvic floor muscles, for example, are great ways to enhance your ejaculatory control. There exercises also have the added benefit of enlarging your penis size, especially penile thickness. And if you don’t already know, having a thicker manhood is also essential in giving your woman exquisite pleasure during lovemaking.
Bottom line is this… you can train yourself to achieve better sexual endurance. It does take time, but this is definitely something worth your effort. Sex is something to be enjoyed. And to last long enough in bed is certainly one of the best ways to indulge in passionate lovemaking that seemingly never ends!

Let’s be honest – if you are anything like many men reading this article, you are probably not lasting as long as you would like during sex. Like it or not, for most guys, sexual endurance and sexual confidence are closely related. If you are not lasting long enough, your confidence level is likely to take a beating too. Many men choose to suffer in silence, and many women too choose to gloss over their partners’ inadequacies, assuring them it is no big deal. But your tendency to ejaculate quickly during sex can become a BIG issue in your relationship in the long run, like what many couples are discovering.
But there is good news!
The lack of lasting power in bed can be easily remedied. Most guys suffering from premature ejaculation mistakenly think there is nothing they can do to reverse the situation. That is far from the truth. You see, there are four stages to a man’s sexual arousal. In the “excitement” phase, you are just getting erect and still very much in control of your arousal. At the “plateau” phase, you are fully erect, very aroused, but still in control. At “orgasm” phase 3 your arousal builds up intensely and the amount of stimulation tips over into ejaculation. The last phase is the “resolution” stage where your breathing returns to normal and your erection subsides.
The key to controlling your ejaculation is to extend the “plateau” stage. This means you need to maintain your levels of arousal without allowing yourself to boil over to a climax.
So how do you prolong the “plateau” phase?
There are a couple of technique you will find helpful. First, maintain a steady tempo during your penetration. Allow your thrusts to slowly gain momentum and when you sense you are fairly close to a climax, slow down your actions, and if need be, withdraw entirely from your partner. When the arousal and stimulation taper off, resume your penetration once more. Communicate with your partner why you are doing this. Her support with help you build greater confidence in your sexual ability.
Another technique you should try is to alternate between deep and shallow thrusting. Shallow penetration will stimulate the sensitive nerve endings present within the first 2 inches of a woman’s vagina. Deep thrusting will present less friction and stimulation on your penis head. This will almost certainly help you rock on much longer during sex.
There are plenty more methods you can learn to last longer in bed but these simple techniques will give you a great head start to extend your lovemaking sessions by 2 to 3 fold!

How to Cure Premature Ejaculation – 3 Sizzling Tips to Last Longer in Bed & Transform Your Sex Life!
Did you know that as many as 40% of men out there are suffering from premature ejaculation? And by that, we mean the guy don’t last long enough to bring his female partner to an orgasm first. There are plenty of reasons why a man ejaculates too early during sex. A lot of it has to do with mental control. True, there is probably just about every PE cure out there imaginable, but are they really useful? Truth is, most of the “cures” will not permanently help you solve your premature ejaculation woes. But if you want to prolong your sex sessions, then the following 3 easy tips will certainly come in handy to boost your sex life. Let’s take a quick look below!
#1 – Get it off before the show starts
This is an extremely useful tactic. Many guys swear by it. This is what you do: Masturbate an hour or two before you are going to have sex. This will “clear your system”, release the sexual tension in you and desensitizes your body to the point that you have to work harder to reach the same sexual peak during your lovemaking.
#2 – Desensitizing creams and sprays
This can give you a quick-fix, especially when you have a hot date coming up and you don’t want to disappoint. Desensitizing creams such as Stud 100 are effective in numbing your sexual sensations and help you last longer. But do note that numbing your arousal can take away part of the pleasure that is sex. So this is not a long term cure and some guys find this an embarrassing solution to use in front of their partners!
#3 – Natural conditioning
A natural training and conditioning program is the best long term cure to your premature ejaculation problem. This addresses the underlying physical and psychological triggers of your early ejaculation tendencies and allows you to develop superiors control over such triggers. Such natural approach is not a quick fix, but most guys can experience improvement in their ejaculatory reflexes within 2 to 3 days. This is the best way to permanently end your premature ejaculation problem.
Like all things worth doing, the best solution always takes some time and effort. But think about it. Your want to last longer in bed, not just tonight, or tomorrow night, but forever, don’t you? Then it is certainly worth every minute of your time to naturally “program” your mind and body to last longer and give your romantic partner the pleasure she deserves… and get the kind of amazing sex you’ve been yearning for!
