  4. Simply try to hold it as long as it feels comfortable and not more than three to five minutes. These times must be completed by about fifteen to twenty-five repetitions.

When doing this exercise, you can take another step like putting up both of your feet on the ground that will totally give you greater pull. However, it could be a little difficult for those men who have big testicles or smaller penises.
